DESCRIPTION

• Have a design idea for a duvet? You just provide us with either a sketch of your idea; a written description of your idea; or even a picture of your idea or a combination of two or all three and we will handle the rest. You have the option of having the same designs on both the front and back of the body pillow or you can opt to have different illustrations/designs on the front and back.

  We sketch a draft of the design for your review before we finalize any work. Please be advised that all draft designs will become the property of Voiceopin Spiritual Journey and will be copyrighted protected by our organization—this protects our artist so that we can make certain that they are getting paid. We work with you until you have the design/s on the body pillow just the way that you want them.  Don’t worry if you are having difficulties describing your design to us: we will work with you until we visualize on paper what you are visualizing in your head.

  If you decide not to have the duvet cover made, we must charge a designer and handling fee of $25.00 for all products under $50.00; $40.00 for all products under $75.00 and $90.00 for all items $150 and above. Often, artists and artist assistants are ripped off and never get paid anything: we don’t want this to happen to our artists and our artist assistants.

  Once the product has been made and sent to you, we provide a two-week guarantee on the product. However, this guarantee does not include the designer and handling fee charge mentioned above.

  If you have pictures you would like for us to draw from, all pictures must be non-copyrighted, or you have been given permission to use the pictures. Yes, even if we are just looking at the pictures to draw from, we can only use non-copyrighted or permission granted material. We will need a letter from you stating that you have ownership of the material that you give to us.

  Your happiness is our #1 concern. We want you to be happy with your body pillow and we will do everything that we can to accommodate you. Our artists have a variety of background and skills. We are excited about working with you. 

  With the Exclusive Custom Design, you have the option of having the design/s done using a digital painting or hand painting. 

  Funds raised from this store go to building child abuse museums and providing other services to abused or their families.

• Return Policy

  We will refund or replace any product that failed to arrive or that was damaged in transit (picture evidence may be required). If a mechanical defect occurs to the merchandise within 15 days of purchase or If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items luxury and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  All shipping costs for damaged products returned to Voiceopin International will be paid by us. However, if you are turning an item for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

  In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to us. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

  If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
