EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM DESIGN PROJECT DETAILS

Have an idea for an Exclusive Custom Design Love Mug? We can take any idea you have and exclusively customize and personalize for you using your specifications/design concepts. You just provide us the pictures; give us your directions and we will handle all the rest.  We will do all the designing of Love Mug using a cut and paste design method. 

We sketch a draft for your review before we finalize any work. Please be advised that all drafts are copyrighted protected—this protects our artist so that we can make certain that they are getting paid. We work with you until you have the designs on the mug just the way that you want them

If you decide not to have the duvet cover made, we must charge a designer and handling fee of $25.00 for all products under $50.00; $40.00 for all products under $75.00 and $90.00 for all items $150 and above. Often, artists and artist assistants are ripped off and never get paid anything: we don’t want this to happen to our artists and our artist assistants.

Once the product has been made and sent to you, we provide a two-week guarantee on the product. However, this guarantee does not include the designer and handling fee charge mentioned above.

 Your happiness is our #1 concern. We can let you be the director of the art project or if you would prefer that we take the lead as the director of the project and guide you through we are happy to accommodate you. Our artists have a variety of background and skills. We are excited about working with you. 

BONUS: You also receive a 5 x 7 POSTER PRINT (this will be delivered later than the pillow).
