The Department of Justice defines CHILD PORNOGRAPHY:

"Child pornography is a form of child sexual exploitation. Federal law defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (persons less than 18 years old).  Images of child pornography are also referred to as child sexual abuse images." Animal pornography is not included in this definition and the laws should be changed to accommodate them. 

Many people work under the false assumption that human trafficking has nothing to do with pornography. This is incorrect. Human trafficking is intertwined with pornography, all ages. Not all porn is non-consensual but looking at the videos, it would be hard to tell what is consensual and what is not consensual. They are beaten, drugged, threatened, and a multitude of things to force them to perform sexual acts on both animals and people. Research has shown that oftentimes women and even men have volunteered to enter the field only to discover that it is not what they thought: many find themselves away from home trapped in slavery hell.

"Sex trafficking is officially defined as a “modern-day form of slavery in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such an act is under the age of 18 years.” [1] That means any instance in which the individual on-screen was forced, tricked, or pressured. No one can be certain of the exact number of people and animals involved in sex slavery, but it is roughly estimated by the International Labor Organization to be around $.5 million-plus.
