Neglect Child Abuse (All Ages Affected)

To see animals, children, adults, elderly people being neglected makes you wonder why some people are in this world (the people who are supposed to be taking care of the neglected ones).

 

Its difficult to separate or make a difference between neglect, physical, abandonment, emotional, child abuse because physical, abandonment, and emotional have the element of neglect inter-grated into it.
