Hands Up!!!! Don't Shoot!!!! It depends on whom you are asking if this really happened.  According to the witnesses, Michael Brown had his hands up and said to the policeman: "Don't Shoot." 

Even though the Federal Attorney General Eric Holder, ruled that the police did not shoot Michael as he held his hands up, this didn't stop people from believing otherwise. From lay people to Congress people and even Celebrities, you would find people protesting by having their hands up and saying: "Hands Up!!!! Don't Shoot!!!

However, according to the police, Michael Brown didn't have his hand up.
